We are unable to guarantee server uptime but have an average of 99%+ uptime. We are not responsible for lost revenues due to server downtime, lost data or email. Please keep current backups of your site files. Our liability is limited to a refund of pre-paid future webhosting fees should a customer decide to leave our service.

Customers will be informed via this page of scheduled server maintenance down time.

Copyrighted material on our servers must be posted with permission of the owner and will be removed immediately if we are informed by the legal owner of said material that it is being used without permission and we will cooperate fully with the authorities if so requested.

We do not host adult websites. Anyone caught hosting adult material on our servers will have their services suspended immediately without warning or refund.

Spammers, annoying little hackers or others who attempt to abuse our services will be dealt with accordingly.
